Taking the installation of a fire extinguishing agent storage device, for example, the installation location of the storage device should meet the requirements of the design document. After the installation of the fire extinguishing agent storage device, the pressure relief direction of the pressure relief device should not face the operating surface. The safety valve of the low-pressure carbon dioxide gas fire suppression system should be connected outdoors through a special pressure relief pipe. The installation position of pressure gauge, liquid level meter and weighing display device on a storage device should be convenient for personnel to observe and operate. The storage container bracket and frame must be fixed and reliable, and anti-corrosion treatment is very much needed. The storage container shall be painted red, with the name of the fire extinguishing agent specified in the design and the number of the storage container on the front. The inner cavity should be checked before installing the collector to ensure cleanliness. The pressure relief direction of the pressure relief device on the collector should not face the operating surface. The direction indicator arrow of the one-way valve connecting the storage container and the collecting pipe should point to the direction of the medium flow. The collecting pipe should be fixed on the support, frame, bracket, and frame, and anti-corrosion treatment should be carried out.
As for the installation of selection valve and signal feedback device, which a very important part of the gas fire suppression system, the selection valve operating handle should be installed on one side of the operating surface, and when the installation height is more than 1.7 m, measures should be taken to facilitate the operation. At the same time, the threaded selection valve should be connected with the pipe network. The direction indicator arrow of the selection valve should point to the direction of the medium flow. Select the valve to set up a permanent mark indicating the protection area, the name or number of the protection object, and shall be easy to observe. The installation of a signal feedback device should meet the design requirements. When installing the valve drive device, the cable is protected by a steel pipe treated with internal and external anticorrosion in addition to the necessary exposed part. A special guide pulley is used at the turn of the cable. The end of the cable is held in a special protective box. Cable sleeves and protective boxes should be firmly fixed. When installing a gravity mechanical drive device, it is necessary to ensure that the heavy object is unobstructed in the falling stroke, and the distance required for driving should be guaranteed, and not less than 25mm. The electrical connection line of the electromagnetic drive driver shall be fixed along with the bracket, frame or wall of the fire extinguishing agent storage container. When the pneumatic drive device is installed, the drive cylinder has a permanent mark marked with the name of the driving medium, the corresponding protective area, the name or number of the protected object.
